ElyteUp provides UX audits, conversion optimization, and consulting services to help e-commerce and online businesses improve their website performance.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate and complete informationReview and respond to project deliverables in a timely mannerImplement suggestions and recommendations at their discretion

3. Payment & Refunds

All services are billed as agreed in the scope of work or retainer agreement.
Refunds are only issued in line with our stated guarantees, which may vary per offer and are clearly outlined before engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

All work provided (audits, reports, design recommendations) remains the property of ElyteUp until full payment is received. Upon payment, you have the right to use materials for your business only.

5. Limitations of Liability

ElyteUp is not liable for:

Any loss of revenue or business resulting from implementation delays or misuse of recommendationsWebsite performance outside of our control, including third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, apps, plugins)

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
